Privacy Policy

This policy explains how primavita.id handles personal data collected through the site. It applies to visitors who browse the site and to anyone who sends a message through the contact form. The site is run as an editorial resource on natural supplements for men from Jakarta, Indonesia.

How your details are held, and how to have them removed.

Information we collect

We collect what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, that is your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Nothing on the form is hidden from you, and there is no field you cannot leave blank if it does not apply. If you call the editorial office instead, we may keep a short note of the call so the next person on duty understands the conversation.

Separately, the site records routine technical data as pages are served: browser type, the approximate location your network implies, the pages you opened, and when. This is the ordinary log a web server keeps. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with your message.

  • Given by youName, email address, message text
  • Recorded by the siteBrowser type, network-level approximate location, pages viewed
  • Never requestedAny record about your health or the products you read about

How information is used

Your contact details are used to reply to your enquiry, to check a correction you have raised against the page it concerns, and to keep a record of editorial correspondence. A reader who points out a mistake in an ingredient article gets an answer, and the note of that exchange is what lets a later editor see why a sentence was changed. Technical data is used for two things only: keeping the site working, and understanding which pages are read so the guide can be organised around the questions people actually ask.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. No part of this site builds a score, a category, or a predicted interest from what you read.

If you write with a question about a format, a dosage label, or a lifestyle habit, the reply comes from the editorial team. Sending a message does not sign you up to anything, and it does not start a mailing list.

Legal basis and consent

We handle contact information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and on the legitimate interest of running an editorial resource that answers its readers. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@primavita.id. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point, and it does not require you to give a reason.

Technical logs rest on the same legitimate interest: a website cannot be served or repaired without them. Where the law sets a specific rule for a specific situation, that rule applies alongside this document.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Information reaches other hands in two situations. The first is operational: service providers who host the site or deliver its email see what those functions require and nothing more. The second is legal: we may disclose information where Indonesian law or a valid legal request requires it.

Editorial correspondence stays inside the team. A message you send about an article is not passed to a brand, a distributor, or anyone who supplies a product mentioned on the site.

Retention

Contact messages and the notes attached to them stay for as long as they are needed to answer the enquiry and to keep the site accurate. Once that purpose is spent, they are removed. If a message led to a correction on a guide page, the correction stays; the personal detail behind it does not need to. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period, in line with normal site operation, and then overwritten.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction where something is wrong, or ask for deletion. Send the request to info@primavita.id, or call the editorial office on +62 21 8372 1173 during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

We will confirm the request and answer within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may raise the matter with the relevant Indonesian authority.

  • Ask for a copy of the contact record we hold under your name or email address.
  • Ask us to correct a wrong address or a misspelled name.
  • Ask us to delete the correspondence, including any note taken from a phone call.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and, where applicable, to measure page usage. A cookie that remembers a display preference is doing a practical job; a cookie that counts a page view tells us which guide chapters are worth expanding. The Cookie Policy sets out the details and forms part of this document.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can clear what is already stored. Blocking a functional cookie may change how parts of the site behave, and blocking measurement cookies does not remove your ability to read any page here.

One alternative worth knowing: you can read every guide page, including the chapters on vitamins and minerals for men and on energy and endurance supplements, without accepting measurement cookies at all.

Children's privacy

The site is written for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, write to info@primavita.id and we will remove it.

Include enough detail for us to find the record: the email address used, roughly when the message was sent, and what you would like removed. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in legal requirements. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the revision date at the top moves with it. Where a change materially affects how contact information is handled, we will say so in a short note at the top of the document rather than leaving you to compare two versions line by line.

A plain-language note on how we read the vocabulary used here: the site is an editorial resource about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and healthy lifestyle products. Nothing in this policy describes any information about your health, and no request we make would ask for it.

Do I have to give a reason to have my message deleted?

No. Write to info@primavita.id and say which message you mean, or give the email address you used and roughly when you sent it. We will confirm the deletion once it is done.

Is my message ever passed to a brand or a seller?

No. Correspondence stays with the editorial team. We do not sell personal data and we do not forward reader messages to suppliers or distributors of anything mentioned on the site.

What happens if I simply browse without writing to you?

We hold nothing that identifies you personally. Only ordinary technical logs are recorded, described under Information we collect, and those are kept for a shorter period and then overwritten.

How quickly will I hear back about a request?

Requests are handled during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time. We will confirm that we have received the request and answer within a reasonable period after that.
