Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of primavita.id. By browsing the site, you agree to them. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the site.
PrimaVita is an editorial resource about natural supplements for men, daily vitamins and minerals for men, and healthy lifestyle products. This page explains what you may do with our material, what our content does and does not cover, and how to reach the editorial team.
Current version published 10 October 2026
What these terms cover
Nine short sections, written in plain language. Jump to any one of them, or read straight through in the order they appear.
Terms · Use of the site
Use of the Site
The site is provided as an editorial resource for general information about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance supplements, and the daily habits that sit around them. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to subscribe to in order to read it.
You may read the articles, share links to them, and quote short passages with clear attribution back to primavita.id. That permission covers ordinary reading, teaching, and press references where the source is named.
You may not copy substantial portions of the content, republish it commercially, or present it as your own. That includes lifting full ingredient explanations, product descriptions, or lifestyle sections into another site, a paid newsletter, or a shop listing without written permission.
We also ask that you do not attempt to disrupt the site: no scraping the whole archive at once, no automated requests that slow it for other readers, and no using our pages to carry unrelated advertising. Ordinary sharing costs us nothing. Bulk extraction does.
Terms · No professional advice
No Professional Advice
This is the clause most worth reading twice, because it sets the boundary of what the whole site is for.
Content on this site is general information and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Nothing here is a substitute for talking with a qualified professional who knows your own situation. Our pages describe ingredients, formats, and everyday routines in general terms. They cannot account for your history, your current routine, or anything you already take.
Decisions about supplements and personal routines remain your own responsibility. If a product description raises a question you cannot answer from the label, the sensible next step is a conversation with someone qualified, not another round of browsing.
We keep product notes factual. We describe what a formula contains, who publishes it, and how the format is normally used. We do not tell you what to take, and we do not adjust anyone's routine through a web page.
Where to start instead
Our Product Guide is built for comparing formats and reading labels, and Herbal Ingredients Explained covers the botanical side in more depth.
Terms · Accuracy and changes
Accuracy and Changes
We aim to describe natural capsules for strength and vitality accurately, based on publicly available information from the people who publish and sell them. Where we can, we say where a detail comes from and when we last looked at it.
Even so, formulations, packaging, and availability change. A blend can be reformulated; a serving size can move; a product can leave the market entirely. If you are holding a container in front of you, the label in your hand is always the more current document.
Content may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee that every page reflects the current state of a product, and we do not run a dated changelog against each brand we mention.
What we check
Ingredient names, serving sizes, the format a product ships in, and whether an item is still listed by its publisher.
What can lag
Shelf availability in Indonesia, retail pricing, and packaging artwork, which often change faster than we publish.
Terms · Intellectual property
Intellectual Property
Two kinds of material sit on this site, and they are owned by different people. It helps to know which is which before you reuse anything.
Ours
Text, page structure, and original editorial material on this site belong to PrimaVita unless otherwise stated. That covers our ingredient explanations, comparison notes, and lifestyle pieces.
Theirs
Brand names and product names referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. A mention is a reference, not an endorsement in either direction.
If you want to reproduce more than a short quoted passage, write to us first and say where it would appear. We say yes more often than no, particularly for teaching material and press coverage that names primavita.id as the source.
Product photography and brand artwork shown in reference to a third party stays with that third party. If a rights holder wants a reference adjusted or taken down, contact us and we will look at it directly rather than argue the point.
Terms · Third-party links
Third-Party Links
The site may link to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
That applies with extra weight to retailers and marketplace listings. A shop page linked from our writing is run by somebody else: its stock levels, prices, delivery terms, and returns are theirs to state and theirs to honour. We cannot confirm what a third-party listing says today.
A link is provided because it was useful when we added it. It is not a sponsorship, a guarantee that the page still exists, or an agreement with what that site publishes next month.
Terms · Limitation of liability
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PrimaVita is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. This includes decisions made about products described on the site.
In plain terms: read our pages as background, then make your own call with the container, the label, and a person who knows your situation in front of you. If a purchase goes wrong, the shop that sold it is the party you deal with.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law. Where the law gives you a right, this page does not take it away.
Terms · Governing law
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes arising from use of the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta.
PrimaVita operates from Jakarta and writes for readers across Indonesia. If a question about the site turns into a formal dispute, it is settled where the site is published, not where the reader happens to be.
Terms · Updates
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
We do not keep an archive of superseded versions, so if a specific wording matters to you, save a copy of the page you are reading today. Small clarifications are made quietly; anything that changes what you are allowed to do will be reflected in the text above.
This version was published on 10 October 2026 and replaces anything published earlier under the same page address.
